ABOUT ME
Swati Vora, Coach & Founder of Returnize
I'm excited to share the journey of my career break with you. I had been a seasoned professional for 18 years before I paused my career to take care of my family. However, when it was time for me to restart my career, I faced several challenges that left me feeling lost and lonely. Returning to the workforce felt like an uphill battle for me.
That's why I started Returnize – a platform designed to help other women reclaim their professional identities. My mission is to be a catalyst for change and inspire women to regain their confidence.
I have a master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and previously worked on database technologies at IBM. Now, I enjoy using both my analytical skills and emotional intelligence to support women on their journey to find meaningful work.
I'm thrilled to be able to share my knowledge and experiences with others, and I hope to make a positive impact on your career restart journey.
